Non-Attorney Disclosure:

On-Point Legal Service (OPL) is neither a law firm nor an attorney. OPL is prohibited from providing legal advice and cannot represent you in court.

Within this site, OPL provides resource links directing you to procedural information and forms that have been made available to you by government agencies. The intent is to provide you with self-help resources that have relevance to your legal matter.  These resources do not provide legal advice or legal opinion and should not be relied on as such.

After reviewing the provided resources, if you are unable to determine the legal process or forms correct for you, we will happily guide you through them during an online intake meeting.  If you're still not clear on how to proceed, seek the advice of an attorney knowledgeable in your desired area of law.

Once knowledgeable in the process, we can proceed with helping you based on the direction you are now able to provide.
