Requests involving document to be retrieved and forwarded within two court days will mandate a Rush Fee. (Certified documents must be sent in original form - Addt'l cost for Certified, Registered, and Express service.)

Important Notice
No document/case filing service shall be deemed accepted by On-Point Legal Service until an agreement is signed and payment is accepted. Submission of ANY online requests MAY NOT be construed as a written agreement.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic and until further notice, the court may not support clerk-window filing, and as such, conformed copies may not be made immediately available.
On-Point Legal Service will not be held liable and will not reverse service fees if documents are "Rejected" by the court for improper form, errors, or omissions. Additionally, refiling, printing, and copying will be subject to repayment of all fees. This limitation does not apply to those documents that have been prepared by On-Point Legal Service.
